Time & Material – flexible adaptation to the current needs of the Client
This is a flexible collaboration model in which the Client pays for the actual labor and materials used. It enables a rapid project launch without requiring all details to be finalized beforehand. Subsequent phases, changes, and improvements are implemented continuously based on evolving requirements.
Application maintenance, service level agreement (SLA) – ongoing support

IT Project Methodology – How Do We Work?
We approach each project individually. We are flexible, adapting the methodology to the specific needs and expectations of the client. We work in accordance with ITIL best practices, using conventional and agile project management methods (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile: eXtreme programming, SCRUM). We also implement projects in a hybrid model or according to our own methodology developed based on accumulated experience.
